Heather Durham Nadler
Ms. Nadler is a graduate of Auburn University and Tulane
University School of Law. Her practice focuses exclusively
in the areas of Elder Law, Special Needs Law and Estate
Planning.
Ms. Nadler is an active member of the legal community. She
is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys
(NAELA). Ms. Nadler serves as Vice-Chair of the Elder Law
Section of the Atlanta Bar Association and Secretary the
Georgia Chapter of NAELA. She is a member of the Elder Law
Section of the Cobb County Bar Association, the Estate
Planning and Probate Sections of the Gwinnett County Bar
Association and the Atlanta Bar Association and a member of
the DeKalb County Bar Association.
Ms. Nadler frequently speaks to professional organizations
and groups within the community on the topics of Elder Law,
Special Needs Law and Estate Planning. She has also served
as an instructor for the Emory University Academy for
Retired Professionals and a guest lecturer at John Marshall
Law School.
